Warranty.
All goods supplied by Southside Angling are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. This warranty does not apply to any defect arising from wear & tear, wilful damage, accident or negligence by you or a third party and any use other then is recommended by the Manufacturer, Failure to follow Manufacturer’s instructions, or any repair or alteration carried out.
If any damage occurs to the goods on delivery you should notify us immediately by telephone at the above number or by email to [email protected].
If goods appear damaged please make the courier aware by signing for the goods stating that they are damaged, as failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make afterward.
Shipping charges.
We use a fixed rate shipping charge. Please see your shopping cart for details.
If however, the shipping cost exceeds our fixed price we will contact you before we proceed and inform you of the new delivery cost.
Delivery.
We hope to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of an order being placed. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. Delivery of goods is carried out by An Post for smaller items and by Courier for larger ones.
Returns Policy.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date. The goods must be unopened, unused and still in the original packaging. Goods must be as new and in perfect condition for a refund to be issued.
Shipping costs are non refundable.

Ownership of Goods.
All goods remain the property of Southside Angling until paid for in full. The goods will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared by the Credit Card Company and/or Bank.
Out of Stock Items.
In the event of an item being out of stock when an order is placed we will contact you as soon as possible to offer one of the following alternatives.
- A substitution with a similar item of the same or higher value.
- The item put on backorder and shipped on arrival.
- A full refund.
Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information.
In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price Southside Angling reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed incorrectly

The title stock option or description will indicate if the listing is for more than one product or if there is more than one item per packet.
